About the home
Region known all over the world for its prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Les Eyzies), its medieval towns, and its many castles. This building is part of the main body of the farm, without any building on face. From its opening, there is a background of the pool and the distant horizon.
At 274 metres above sea level, surrounded by two hectares of walnut trees, it overlooks the hamlet of "mas de cause".
In its time, this cellar (chai) was an cool place in which the wine barrels were stored. Now, it has been restored with noble materials, so that you can have your holiday at your pace.
At the side of the pool, you can enjoy the sunset over the countryside...
Situated in a pretty hamlet, this charming detached holiday cottage with private heated swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 0.8m - 1.8m) is close to all the major tourist attractions of Dordogne. Furnished and equipped to a very good standard. Ping-pong table outside. The terrace is shaded.
The countryside around Daglan is dotted with stone cottages and fields of maize and sunflowers. The historic market town of Sarlat is within an easy drive.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km.

You go up 3 steps and you arrive at the living/dinning room. 1 bedroom on this floor.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 1.40 m, shower + wc - direct exit to the terrace
Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, €50 supplement Oct to Apr, cot, highchair, colour TV (French channels only), DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please.
