Cross the porch, covered with greenery, and discover this house with its particular charms. It will immediately entice you, with the soft holiday atmosphere. The thick stone walls are covered with woodbine...enter and you will discover the soft and gentle inside.

Upstairs, under the roof supported by hundred-year-old beams, two panelled rooms surround around a mezzanine arranged as a play area for the children. These bedrooms have air conditioning.

By crossing the walnut orchard, you arrive at the pool, which is near a small copse of oak trees. Almost at the summit, it is well placed for the maximum hours of sunshine, and sheltered from the neighbours. In this beautiful place, only the singing of cicada interrupts the silence.

A charming semi-detached cottage with heated private swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 0.6m to 1.6m) is situated in a pretty village and close to all the major tourist attractions of Dordogne. The accommodation, which includes a piano, has been furnished and equipped to a very good standard.

The countryside around Daglan is dotted with fields of maize and sunflowers and the historic market town of Sarlat is within an easy drive and holds many cultural events throughout summer.

There are several châteaux close by including Beynac, the most famous, which towers over the River Dordogne.
