Luxurious & Spacious apartments in the beautifully refurbished 19th century Dollarbeg Castle.

Modern facilities combined with the traditional features of a Scots Baronial Castle provide a comfortable yet elegant and relaxing holiday experience.

Please note - Dollarbeg Castle has 10 apartments altogether, some of which are main residences.
Therefore it is not suitable for hen/stag parties.

The Central Scotland / Strathclyde / Clackmannanshire region

Clackmannanshire is Scotland's smallest county. It has hills and glens to explore and castles and towers to visit. A great place for walking, cycling and golfing, Dollar is also well placed for visiting Stirling only 20 mins away with its amazing castle, the National Wallace Monument, Bannockburn Heritage Centre and Stirling Old Town Jail Experience.

Other interesting places to visit include Blair Palace in Pitlochry and Scone Palace in Perth. The Falkirk Wheel Visitor Centre is 30 mins away for those who enjoy canal trips.

The Dollar / Dollarbeg area

Dollar itself is one of 4 hillfoot villages along the A91 from Stirling to St Andrews and has shops, pubs and restaurants. It even has its own museum!

Surrounded by the Ochil Hills, nearby Castle Campbell ( a stronghold of the Campbell clan) is a great place to visit on a sunny day. A romantic and beautiful setting - the castle is host to summer weddings. The terraced gardens overlook Dollar and the valley below.

Nearby is Gartmorn Dam Country Park for leisurely walks and for the total opposite Knockhill Motorsport Centre for race events and driving experiences!

For retail therapy, Tillicoultry (only 10 mins away by car) has a shopping outlet village and Sterling
Furniture has a Homestore, Garden Centre and 2 restaurants. Tillicoultry also has a dry
ski slope centre.
