The two adjoining Hall Farm Barns were lovingly converted in 2009 to a very good standard, leaving the original beams exposed. Single-storeyed and adjacent to one another and the owner's home, set back from the road, close to the scenic Norfolk-Suffolk border in the beautiful Waveney Valley in the heart of East Anglia, 5 miles from the historic market town of Diss. The lovely market towns Bungay and Beccles are within ½ hour's drive, with access to the Broads National Park and leisurely cruises with day boat hire. Beautiful, historic Bury St Edmunds is 40 minutes and the charming old world holiday resorts of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh are under an hour away. Visitors may prefer the activities of the Pleasure Beach at Great Yarmouth or the clean sands of Lowestoft or Kessingland beaches. Norwich is a 40-minute drive with its culture, history, restaurants and mix of old-style street market and sophisticated shopping malls. For children, Banham Zoo is 20 minutes by car and Bressingham Steam Museum even closer, and the theme park at Pleasurewood Hills near Yarmouth is an hour. Swimming pools and Segway locally. Shops 4½ miles, pub 1⅓ mile.
