Maison de Gardien is a beautiful 19th century caretaker's house. Recently renovated, it is a spacious and cozy holiday home. Many families returned 3/4/5 times.

They came back for many reasons: your beds are made when you arrive and towels are provided (but bring extra for the pool). We take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. The house is very comfortable; beds are of good quality! In the living room you will find a large flat screen tv with Blue Ray and dvd's, books, games etc.

`

Best of all is that this is a unique, secret place at a dead-end road in the woods; literally 5 minutes from Disneyland and just 30 minutes from Paris. There are red squirrels, deer, and lots of birds around the house.

The house is set in a 2 acre garden, with lots of space, a playground with zipline, swings etc., a badminton field, a large pool with terrace etc. Kids can kick a ball around and play hide-and-seek in the woods!

The Paris/Ile de France region

The Ile-de-France region is France's smallest region. It concentrates many historical and cultural treasures. Paris is obviously the jewel of this crown, but Ile-de-France also happens to be the most fertile and agriculturally productive region of the country. For this reason, many of the most sought-after products of the country originate here; such as Brie cheese, Champagne, etc. With de addition of Disneyland Paris, the region solidified it's position as center of the country, but also became the most important hub of Europe.

Disneyland Paris

Best of all is that this is a unique, 'secret' place at a dead-end road in the woods; still near (five minutes) from Disneyland and just 30 minutes from Paris. There are red squirrels and lots of birds around the house.

The house is set in a 2 acre garden, with lots of space, a playground with zipline, swings etc., a badminton field, a large pool with terrace etc. Email us for more details.

Things to do...: Disneyland Paris is five minutes away Paris is 25/30 minutes by car, 40 minutes by train. Also Vaux le Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Versailles, Park Asterix and many other sites are withing easy reach (all within an hour). A car is necessary, but if you would arrive by rail or air, there are car rental companies at the airports (Charles de Gaulle and Orly) as well as at the station Chessy/Marne la Vallée (at Disneyland Paris). Eurostar, Thalys and TGV trains stop at this station.

There are numerous golf courses nearby. In the house you will find guidebooks, brochures and maps. Also walking trails in Paris or the country-side. The Champagne area is very doable in a day with tastings along the way.

There are markets in nearby villages with fresh local produce (you are in the area of the Brie cheese) but you will find almost anything that will satisfy your culinary taste!

We would be happy to advise you further!
