Located in the centre of Dinard , this apartment is close (300 metres) to a large sandy beach and a good selection of restaurants,cafés and shops. A perfect base for a beachside break in a stylish resort, within easy reach of the walled town of St Malo and medieval Dinan.

As it is close to all amenities, the apartment is a good choice if you want to leave your car at home.

Located on the second floor accessed by stairs, the apartment has a large open plan living / dining area with a sofa and two armchairs, dining table with four chairs. In the corner is the kitchen.

On this floor is also the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath,basin and WC. Short flight of stairs to the second bedroom with two single beds and cot. A stairgate is found at the top and bottom of the stairs to make sure your children are secure.

The apartment has the benefit of double glazing and modern electric radiators, making this a comfortable base all year round.

Linen is provided free of charge.

Parking - if you bring a car to DInard, you can park in the nearby public car parks either in the Parking des Halles or in the Parking Raphael Veil . Daily parking fees are about 5 to 7 Euros here.

Dinard's good open air market takes place just outside the apartment here you can stock up on fresh produce - the double glazing in the apartment also makes sure guests are not disturbed!

The Brittany region

Brittany is a long time favourite for the visitor, attracted by it's natural beauty and beautiful beaches. The long coastline has many beautiful sandy beaches, rocky headlands and secluded coves. Inland is equally attractive with a number of historic castles, traditional villages and peaceful rolling countryside. Medieval Dinan , the corsair citadel of St Malo and the stunning Mont St Michel are all close by. The region is easily accessible from the UK with ferry ports at St Malo , Roscoff or Cherbourg and with Ryanair providing very low cost flights to Dinard.

Dinard

Dinard is one of Brittany's oldest and popular seaside towns with many good restaurants, café/bars as well as the Casino and three beaches . With Ryanair offering very low cost flights into the airport only 6 km away,you can leave the car at home ,and enjoy the French experience - eating well , drinking good wines at low prices and generally relaxing.

The apartment is situated very close ( I walked it in under 4 minutes) to the town's large sandy beach and the centre of town with a good selection of cafés, restaurants, traditional French bakers and patisseries.

If you do bring the car, you can get out and explore this fascinating part of France

"A lovely apartment in a beautiful town"

We stayed in the apartment for a week and found it ideal for our needs. It is spacious and very well maintained, with a great range of facilities. The property managers were helpful and friendly and left very clear instructions for us.

Dinard itself is lovely, and this apartment was perfectly located: five minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants and bars, but tucked away on a quiet street that meant it was always very quiet and peaceful.

"Lovely apartment great location"

Beautiful clean apartment much bigger than we expected. Owner was very accomodating to allow us to put extra blow up bed in attic which was huge! Positon for beach and market was great. Unfortunately only downside was it was very noisy at night due to revellers leaving small Rhumerie bar each night at 2am and supermarket deliveries at 6am as because of heat we as needed to keep windows open. Other than that it was a great apartment and holiday, thankyou
