Located 300m from Dinard' s main sandy beach, this apartment makes a perfect base for a family looking for a beachside break. Freshly decorated and fitted out in May 2009, the apartment is light, airy and comfortable. Located on the second floor accessed by stairs, the apartment has a large open plan living / dining/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, dining table with four chairs and corner kitchen. On this floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath,basin and WC. Short flight of stairs to the second bedroom with two single beds and cot. A stairgate is found at the top and bottom of the stairs to make sure your children are secure.
The apartment has the benefit of double glazing and modern electric radiators, making this a comfortable base all year round.

The Brittany / Ille-et-Vilaine region
Brittany is a long time favourite for the visitor attracted by it's natural beauty and beautiful beaches. The long coastline is a seemingly endless succession of rocky headlands, wild cliffs, island studded bays and clean sandy beaches.
Inland is equally attractive. Fairytale castles, historic towns and ancient megaliths are sprinkled through the gentle hilly countryside. A wide variety of interests are well catered for , including golf, fishing, all sorts of watersports, hiking and cycling. The region is easily accessible from the UK with ferry ports at St Malo , Roscoff or Cherbourg and with Ryanair providing very low cost flights to Dinard.
Dinard area
Dinard is one of Brittany's oldest and popular seaside towns with many good restaurants, café/bars as well as the Casino and three beaches. Host to the prestigious English film festival held every Autumn ,the town has retained it's Victorian elegance and ambiance of good living. With Ryanair offering very low cost flights into the airport only 6 km away, why not leave the car at home ,and enjoy the French experience - eating well , drinking fine wine and generally relaxing.
The apartment is situated very close ( I walked it in under 4 minutes) to the town's large sandy beach and the centre of town with a good selection of cafés, restaurants, traditional French bakers and patisseries.
How to get there
Dinard centre is easily reached from the Ferry Port of St Malo ( 20 minutes drive) or the nearby airport of Dinard is only 5km away with Ryanair offering very low cost flights from the UK.
The Ferry ports of Roscoff , Cherbourg and Caen are all within 2 hours easy drive on France's well maintained road network.
