Astonishing setting and no easier access to the beach than this typical historic house of Dinard. Standing above a beautiful 3 acres garden surrounded by the sea. Separate apartment in the villa entirely renovated in 2008 offering all the modern comforts. possibilities for larger occupancy up to 30 with the rest of the house on demand.

A Housekeeper is also present and at your disposal. Locally there are plenty of castles and fortifications to visit. There are also many well known restaurants at a variety of distances; one of the most famous French golf courses is only 5 kms away and sailing, fishing, swimming, children's playground are all at a walking distance away.

Although this apartment is only one level of the villa, you will find that the rest of the house is empty most of the time which gives you the feeling to have the entire property for yourself. We will adjust prices to the number of rooms required which can go up to 19... Most rooms will have views to the sea.

An elegant Gothic porch welcomes you in the generous garden of the villa where you will be guided by the housekeeper and will park your car. The garden is very well kept, all paths lead to the sea passing by an old chapel. There is a street entrance as well as a beach entrance. Absolutely quiet except for sea echoes...

The Brittany / Ille-et-Vilaine region

This first part of Brittany, close to Normandie will gives you feelings of both regions with the Mont Saint Michel and calm river banks of the river Rance on one side and the fortifications around saint Malo and the famous Cap frehel on the other side. Famous for sailing, fishing, food and tourism, this part of France is one of the richest of points of interests.

The Dinard area

The seashore city of Dinard, which started around 1860, became fashionable thanks to many English owners and residents, and yet managed to keep it's genuine character of the turn of the century. It is still very fashionable today and shopping as well as restaurants have been renovated or well kept.

A famous market for food and cloths is a must 3 times a week. The city offers many sport activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, boat rentals, swimming ( hot and natural Olympic swimming pool ). 2 cinemas, exhibitions ...all at walking distance from the house. Other villages and there beaches will fulfil your walks and lazy afternoons, but the garden itself overlooking the sea is a family playground for every generation.

Brittany ferries to Saint Malo ( only 15 min from the house ) and many other shipping companies from the UK. By train from Paris is 3 hours and a half by TGV to Saint Malo. airport at Dinard or Rennes ( half an hour ). Car hire companies in Saint Malo or Rennes.
