This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Gill was very friendly and helpful. My only negative would be that I don't think it's made clear before booking that the hot tub is for … More
When quotations are issued it is made absolutely clear that the hot tub room is a shared facility between both cottages. It is optional (not extra), whether guests wish to take advantage of this facility. The hot tub water is changed before each set of guests arrive; and was done the day before this girl and her partner arrived. All guests are informed that this is a hard water area and limescale can be a problem, although chemicals reduce this to the minimum.

We booked this cottage to get away from our home town, so we can relax and forget all our worries at home. And this is exactly what we got a cottage in the middle of nowhere. Closest village 6miles away. So you are able to venture out still but you also have the chance to stay in, watch tv or DVD, read a book etc.
The evenings were lovely. Patio outside so on a few nights we ate outside.
Hot tub ever night, perfect way to completely relax, found slept better as well.
Even though we didn't have children.... Travel cot....toys. So everything has been thought of :)
The owners were friendly and welcomed us into the cottage. Lovely couple.
