You will discover the famous gastronomic specialties of Burgundy ( cassis mustard , snails , coq au vin , cheese , gingerbread etc ...) as you walk under the covered market of Dijon Halle and in specialty stores and can enjoyed in various reputed institutions of the city and its surroundings.
