Beautiful beachfront studio apartment. It is a beautiful home away from home in an island paradise, steps away from the water, with all the conveniences of modern life. Located at Dickenson Bay, there is waterskiing, sailing, restaurants, horseback riding available along the beach. There are two restaurants and bars, swimming pool, and a water sports centre which arranges windsurfing, sunfish sailing, water skiing and fishing.
A grocery and liquor store are on the premises. Many other shops, restaurants, and nightclubs are nearby. The guests services desk can arrange golf tee times, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing, and island tour.

The Antigua region
Antigua is south of St. Martin, east of St. Kitts, and north of Guadeloupe. Antigua has 108 square miles with the highest point 1,360 feet above sea level. The language is English, and the population is 66,000 residents. Antigua became an independent nation in 1981.
Dickenson Bay area
Antigua is home to Antigua Sailing Week or "Race Week" as it is often known, is the largest of the international regattas in the Caribbean and one of the top five in the World. It is five days of some of the best sailing with excellent courses for all classes of yacht; a week of great racing and on-shore non-stop partying.
Antigua is also home to the Carnival in Antigua, a fantastic celebration of happiness. The history of the Carnival has its roots dating back to 1st August 1834 when slavery was abolished. People immediately celebrated by taking to the streets to celebrate their freedom and express their joy and happiness. Over the years there was a return to this informal celebration until 1957 when the first official Antiguan Carnival was organised. Since then the festival has developed into 10 days of music, dance and revellery, with street marches, jump-ups and formal evening shows, calypso, pan, and Carnival Queen pageants and is always around the last week in July the first week in August.
