About the home
Niro's Paradise is a brand new luxury holiday villa situated at only 150m from the most beautiful white sandy beach. It has a private direct access to the beach without crossing the street!
The villa has 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, with ceiling fans and mosquito nets. All rooms have en-suite bathroom and double balcony doors to a balcony or terrace! There are no bathrooms to share! For the smokers or those who just want to read a book there are tables and seats on balconies and terraces.
The villa has been very niceley decorated with attention for every little detail. The lounge has a radio-cd, dvd and free use of the satelite tv. There are no extras to pay ! From the large dining table inside or the lounge you have a direct access to several terraces around the villa, very easy and safe for children to play barefooths. The villa has double balcony doors in every room, lounge or dining what makes the house very spacious and comfortable!
Niro's Paradise has a high quality fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, ice-maker, separate drinks-fridge and professional cooker! On request your private cook makes you really feel at paradise by offering you a variety of delicious meals and daily fresh crab, lobster and fish!
Niro's Paradise has a private tilled swimming-pool of 6 x 10m and a marvelous spa/jacuzzi! Towels are provided for the 10 sunbeds on the different terraces around the pool and jacuzzi! We can arrange for your daily private massage at home by professional massage girls.
Niro's brand new holiday villa is surrounded by tropical flowers and exotic fruits. A separate gazebo with American pool-table invites you for a small break in the shadow. Or why not organizing a competition darts or table-tennis ?
Niro Properties is very well located, in a safe area, not isolated of the world and very good accessible by plane or car! We are situated at walking distance of the well known hotel Sentido Neptune Paradise with diving school and some local shops around the hotel, easy to buy a souvenir, sigarets, a telephone card or just a bottle of water ! The public minibus transport "matatu" stops in front of the hotel. On the beach there are several possibilities to do watersports such as snorkling, diving, kite-surfing (new school at walking distance), big-game fishing or swimming.

Niro's Paradise has a nice lounge with satelite TV, fully equipped kitchen, a romantic veranda and 4 air conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and double balconny doors to a veranda or terrace.
For the smokers there are verandas or balconys with seats and tables.
Our 9 persons house staff offers you a real hotel service by daily cleaning of all rooms and bathrooms, daily changing of bedlinen and towels! There are also pool towels provided for the 10 sunbeds on the different teracces around the villa!
There are NO extras to pay for the use of the satelite tv , your individual airconditioning or airport shuttle !!

Further details
Rental rates are for a capacity of 6 persons. We ask a supplement of 200 euro/person/week for more then 6 guests.
A deposit amount of 50% is request at the moment of reservation. The balance left has to be paid 60 days before arrival.
A guarantee amount of 600 euro is request. This amount can be paid the first day of arrival and will be refunded the last day after inventory and without any damage or lost.

We offer a free shuttle from and to Momabasa Airport or Ukunda Airstrip Diani for bookings of minimum one full week.
Our 8-seats minibus WITH private driver is free at your disposal one day/week to go for shopping ! (for bookings of minimum one full week)

As the first guests of Niro's Paradise we were so impressed about the luxury finishing of this holiday villa! Christine did a great job, put fresh flowers every day and daily new towels! The cook surprised us every day with his delicious meals! Still miss his pancaces in the morning!
Nobody can be disapointed arriving in this Paradise! I am sure the calendar will be full very soon!

Nicole, our vacation was great! We enjoyed the beautiful house...the beach...the pool...everything!
Your staf were great...always there to make shure everything was ok. At night the askari was always there to open the gate...even if we were late! Cornelius was always coming by to see if we were ok...
Everyhting was fine...towels...bedlinen...food...everything ! I have nothing to complain about.
