Home description
Niro's Place is an exclusive new beach house on the most beautiful white sandy beach of the Kenyan South coast. It has 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms of which one is a luxury master bedroom. All beds are oversized, 2.00 x 2.30 m and have mosquito nets. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, a private en-suite bathroom and its own balcony with splendid views onto the Indian Ocean! There are no bathrooms to share! A large tilled swimming-pool of 6x13m is surrounded by a tropical garden and a lot of coconut trees. Pool towels are provided for the sun beds on the different terraces around the pool!
The romantic veranda invites you to eat outside at the large dining table for 10 persons or just to enjoy the magnificent open view on the blue Ocean. At the end of the garden you find our new romantic gazebo, the ideal place to observe the waves of the warmest Ocean of the world!
Niro's Place has a high quality fully equipped kitchen. Your personal cook is offering you a variety of delicious meals. Fishermen present you the catch of the day! Try the lobster or the crab cocktail! Our staff welcomes you and offers you a relaxing stay at Niro's Place. We offer you a free shuttle from and to Mombasa Airport or Ukunda Airstrip Diani. The Kenyan Coast region
Galu Beach situated approximateley 5km south of Diani is easily accessible by road and air. It has the most beautiful white sandy beach of the Kenyan Southcoast and boasts numerous sporting activities and excursions, not to mention the proximity of marine parks and wildlife sanctuaries.
Kenya has year round temperatures between 27° C and 34°C but at the coast there is always a nice seabreeze!
Diani area
Niro's Place is at walking distance from a few local shops with wood carving souvenirs and paintings. Diani Shopping Centre with banks, shops and a few good bars is at only 4km and can easily be reached by matatu, the public minibus transport, or with our own minibus with personal driver.
Leisure Golf Club and a few good restaurants as the Cave, Blue Marlin Seafood restaurant, Fourty Tiefs, at Nomads, Aniellos and Leonardos are within 5km. Several restaurants offer a free shuttle! Nightclubs the Chakatak and the Carnival and 2 casino's are within 10km.

How to get there
Galu Beach is situated approximately 5km south of Diani and is easily accessible by road and air. Daily flights from Nairobi to Mombasa with fly 540 or Kenian Airways.

This part of the Kenyan coast boasts numerous sporting activities and excursions, not to mention the proximity of marine parks and wildlife sanctuaries.

Further details indoors: Niro's Place has two lounges, one with satelite TV (included in the price), DVD-player and radio-CD-player. There is a direct acces to the terraces and the swimming-pool from each lounge and from the kitchen! The villa has double balcony doors from each room what makes the house very spacious and comfortable !
The second lounge has games as chess, battle ship, cards and books. For the children there is table-tennis and darts in the garage. Why not organising a competition table-tennis or darts?

The renting prices are for a capacity of 6 persons. We ask a supplement of 100 euro/person/week if you are more then 6 persons
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the renting price at the moment of reservation. The ballance left to pay and a guarantee amount of 600 euro is requested 60 days before arrival and refunded within 8 days after leaving the villa and after inventory. The guarantee amount can also be paid in cash money the first day of arrival and will be refunded the last day after inventory.

Transport from and to the Airport is free up to 6 persons and costs 150 euro if more then 6 persons.
Payments can be done in euro or in kenya shilling.
A deposit of 50% has to be paid at the moment of reservation. The balance left to pay and a guarantee amount of 600 euro is request 60 days before arrival. The guarantee of 600 euro will be refunded within 8 days after leaving the house or the last day after inventory and without dammage or lost.
