Let's imagine : you want to relax : just enjoy the compound , rest near swimming pool , refresh in the waves , walk in the shade of the parc ... enjoy your breakfast in the rising sun ... You want to moooove ! ok ! : Safaris could be arranged easely to visit the national parcs as : Tsavo ( 2 hours drive ) , Masai Mara or shimba hills ( 1/2 hour drive ) or so many other national parcs ... . After those very exiting days in wild life , you could enjoy all water sports or deep sea fishing or enjoying one day quad , motorbike or buggy !! You are not tired ? ok , lets have dinner a very nice different restaurants , a drink in the beach bars or discos ... but at the end of the day/night , you'll come back to your private and exclusive HOME ! DON'T HAVE BAD SURPRISE !!

Enjoy a nice relaxing massage in your room, or in the big balcony facing sea , fabulous .. The transport from and to airport can be arranged for you at controlled price .

For those who like botanics , you will enjoy the wonderful parc with many different flowers ( orchids, travellers , hibiscus , boungain , ) , palm trees , baobab , under the curious look of Colobus monkeys ... the garden in front of the beach has been nicely arranged to keep the full vieuw on the indian ocean but also to have shades under makuti umbrellas ...the vieuw is panoramic without any big construction around ....

The Kenyan Coast region

The climate is wonderful on the coast . the average temperature is around 28-30° but with the wind you never feel the heat . ( be careful with the sun , even when swimming or snorkeling ) . The rainy season is supposed to take place between may to June, but it can change one year to the other . Anyway rainy season doesn't mean rain all day but some heavy showers for some hours and then sun is back again .....
safaris : Tsavo , Amboseli with Kilimandjaro , Masai mara , Nakuru , all these can be arrange in Divine dove , in accordance with your budget .
Shimoni is a place where you can see the dolphins and have a very nice snorkelling .

The Diani area

Diani is situated at 50 kms from Mombasa , an historic town is a mixture of culture which is really interesting to visit ( Fort Jesus , markets ... ) .
Immediatly around : all the watersports !! ( snorkeling , diving club , deep fishing , jet ski , boats , NEW KITE SURF SPOT ) , tennis and 18th holes golf club ( one of the nicest in Africa : children welcome )
nighters : many restaurants , discos , bars , casinos
Diani is becoming very famous , like the french riviera ... Unfortunately a part of Diani is crowded and even new constructions of seven stores buildings have appeared very close to some villas front beach but fortunately, for Divine Dove not near the property . Divine Dove is situated in RESIDENTIAL part , offering an uncrowded beach with private and luxuary villas, ideally situated near hotels ( not too near ...) to have only the good part of the holidays : restaurants and night life but surely with respect of your privacy , a real panoramic vieuw , nature respected ....

Very easy access : by car , taxis from Mombasa international airport : 1 hour driving or by plane at Ukunda airstrip which is at 10m drive from villa .
A new road inside Diani is driving you straight to the villa , very easy access ! if wanted , public transports are now coming to the door .
rental car is possible with or without driver ( special rates for Divine Dove ) , taxis available , local transports too .

We are just back from Mombasa where we spent a wonderful time at Divine Dove. We were seven (three adults and four children) and had a lot of place for all of us. The house is fully equipped and well furnished, it's a quiet place where you can enjoy either the swimming pool or the sea. It's really a dream come true. The staff is very kind and the cook really good, all were really helpful, and the owner came to visit us two times to see if everything was ok and helped us choose activities around. Sre we will be back if we can!!

we stayed in June in the lovely 'Divine dove' with family of 3 kids and loved it all the way. Nice located beach property, total relax for parents and kids, great beach walks, big pool & nice swimming in sea, easy to move around with car, the best break you can have. Karibu Kenya!
