Quiet and peaceful, yet only thirty minutes from the other resorts such as Protaras and Ayia Napa, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca is the international gateway to Cyprus, being its second port and having an international airport. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, and has plenty of historical sightseeing on offer to complement its deep-blue sea, bright sandy beaches and reliably sunny skies. Further details indoors: Villa is located on two floors in a complex with its own tennis-court and swimming pool. On the ground floor there are living room, kitchen and dining area. On entering the property there is spacious and bright lounge.
The sitting area features four comfortable sofas and an armchair, two coffee tables, TV and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven, and dishwasher and water dispenser. Kitchen has sitting for 5 with 5 long chairs and dining area sits 6 persons. There are 3 exclusive bedrooms on the first floor.
Every bedroom has double bed, balcony access and TV. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is another bathroom on the first floor with shower and toilet. Guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
Further details outdoors: The terrace has two sofas and coffee table to enjoy beautiful sea views. Right in front of the villa there is a big shared pool and tennis court. As the villa is situated near Palm Beach hotel, the guests may enjoy it’s facilities at a small charge.
