The kitchen has high quality units, with breakfast bar and comes fully equipped. The dining area has patio doors that lead to a small secure outside terrace, access to the underground parking. The terrace has a gas BBQ and an outside dining table with 6 chairs.
The small wooden and iron spiral staircase leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and twin single beds. The second bedroom has two desks with a bed fitment/upper bunk bed over, this is a high bed suitable for a child, and the mattress is of a good quality and single size. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with wc and wash basin and has a wooden/iron framed king size water bed, that can be heated in the winter. The family bathroom has a bath, wc and hand basin.
At the front of the villa is a communal pool with a paved terrace around.
There is also underground parking with access to the rear of the villa.

This lovely house is located off the Larnaca Dekelia road; 200 meters from the nicest beach located in a quiet residential area.
