The house is only 15 minutes drive to the beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants at Vinaros, with plenty of shops and supermarkets for your main shopping. The larger resort of Peniscola, with its Old Town and castle, shops and seafront facilities is just another 15 minutes drive away after Vinaros - with the added bonus of a championship golf course on-site.

The house is on two floors, and is comfortably furnished in a modern style. The large lounge is bright and airy and has armchairs and a large sofabed, with a dining area that seats six and looks out over the large terrace across the landscaped gardens toward the 16th tee/fairway of the golf course.
The lounge has a large, wall-mounted flatscreen television, DVD player and radio/CD player, with a small stock of videos/DVDs, indoor games and books for your use.
The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and beechwood units over granite worktops and twin inset stainless steel sinks. There is a small utility area off the kitchen with laundry facilities (washer/dryer, ironing board etc)., with clothes-drying facilities for use on the terrace.
There is a WC/cloakroom off the entrance hallway. Terracotta-tiled stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a large family bathroom (bath with shower over, WC, bidet and sink/vanity unit. The top landing has large windows which add plenty of light to the upstairs, with the two bedrooms off to the front of the property/overlooking the golf course.
The two bedrooms (one king-bed, one twin-bedded) each have access onto a balcony terrace with views toward the hills and toward the sea over the golf course; each bedroom has a double-wardrobe fitment and drawered bedside tables with side lamps. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (hot and cold). A child's travel cot is also available.

We provide patio furniture (table, chairs, recliners, parasols) for use on the main patio/terrace; there are chairs and a smaller table for use on the bedroom balconies too, that overlook the golf course toward the sea, and with excellent views over the gardens and pool area of the properties that comprise Sant Jordi I - III and surrounding countryside. The property has its own dedicated parking space (No.8), immediately adjacent to the front-door, under a shaded canopy.
The attractive pool and gardens are immediately between the house and the golf course. The pool/landscaped gardens are maintained on a weekly basis; there is a large seating area with sunloungers provided attractive grass areas, a fresh shower and broad stepped-access into the pool.
Note: Regulations on the use of the pool from the Residents Association do apply, and which guests are expected to comply with during their stay.
We also provide facilities/toys etc for visits to the beach and to the countryside for picnics, inc. a coolbox and outdoor crockery/cutlery for your use. Furniture for the patio/terrace and items for use outdoors are stored in a large cupboard off the patio/terrace.
We require a deposit of 30% on booking, with the balance payable within 6 weeks of your arrival. We also ask for a £200/€250 security/keys/breakages bond as a separate payment with the balance payable, which we hold until 2 weeks following your return from the property.
The weekly price is for the property up to its recommended maximum capacity, with a daily rate at 1/7th of this for additional/fewer days; changeover day is normally Saturday, but can vary, subject to agreement, according to your travel plans and property availability. We offer a discount of 10% for two-week bookings where no additional cleaning service is required.
The property price is inclusive of a Welcome Pack of essentials on arrival (tea, coffee, milk, cereal, biscuits, bottled water, household items), household towels and bed linen according to the number of persons staying, and pre-arrival preparation of the house. Our English-speaking caretaker/keyholder lives nearby and looks after the property. Laundry/cleaning on departure is at an additional cost of €60, payable locally to the caretaker/keyholder.

Our property Golf D-2 is located on a modern golf and country club development, known as “Golf Panoramica”. It is less than fifteen minutes drive from the typically Spanish seaside resort of Vinaros, with the larger towns/resorts of Benicarlo and Peniscola within 20-25 minutes’ drive.
The climate is temperate (ideal for playing golf), becoming hot in the summer months (up to 30C by early afternoon), but with a pleasant breeze either coming off the sea or off the mountains, and typically 10-15C through the winter. The breezes do bring occasional cloud and rain, but then it keeps the area looking lush and green.
Golf Panoramica is just a few kilometres off the arterial AP7/E15 coastal motorway; airports at Barcelona (2 hours), Valencia (1-2 hours) and Reus (1 hour) are all within easy access by motorway. It is set in a rolling agricultural landscape, with a backdrop of rugged mountains and small villages dotted among expansive orange and olive groves.
It is a short drive to a choice of several small typically-Spanish seaside resorts - from Alcanar, Carlas de Rapitas and Vinaros with their fishing fleets and early-morning markets, beaches and promenades with cafes and bars, to the more lively Benicarlo and Peniscola. All feature excellent restaurants - specialising in shellfish, crustaceans and seafish of all varieties.
The views from the house are magnificent, both inland to the backdrop of the Puertos de Beseit mountain range and National Park, out to the coast, and across hectares of orange groves and ancient plantings of olive trees. Many of the local villages, and also the fishing resorts, feature summer festivals.
Further afield, there are attractions at Oropesa and Benicassim, with ancient towns/cities at Castellon and Valencia - all easily accessed via the AP7 coastal motorway.
