You are recommended to visit our own website under the "visit website"' section at the bottom of this page, where you can see exactly what is and is not in the cottage.

The Holiday Lettings site no longer allows us to use a guest book section, so you can see what a good time people have had in the cottage, they prefer the Trip Advisor Reviews but guests are often too busy when they get home to fill them in and so we are putting some of our guest comments below. You can see all our guest comments from the day we opened on our own website at the link below.

Ayisha & Naushad – Lancashire - 28th & 29th August

Lovely warm welcome and a lovely cottage. Felt at ease with everything. Hot tub was a added bonus, a wonderful luxury to have. Appreciate you having us. Thank you for the welcome pack which I must say was unexpected as we were only here two nights. Overall excellent accommodation and would deffo recommend to family and friends. Thank you again.

Stacey, James and Amy Mizen, Ipswich, Suffolk – August 2014

Cornwall at its best. A lovely cottage as starting point to explore the coast, Eden and the charming harbour at Charlestown. Fantastic weather – great holiday – Thank you.

Vicky & Lee – Haywards Heath, Sussex – July 2014

Thank you for a lovely stay. Your warm welcome and getting the cottage ready for us at such short notice. We've had a great time exploring Cornwall and the weather couldn't have been better for us. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and the welcome hamper was gratefully received.

Ruth, Ben & Simeon Leicester - July 2014

What a fantastic week! We are so glad we chose to spend our 10th anniversary in beautiful Cornwall playing in the rock pools and the sea instead of getting burnt to a crisp on a cheap island in the Med! Sticky's Place has been a home from home – Simeon loved it here (the garden is fabulous) and being close to Eden Project was great for us. You are the perfect hosts. Thank you!

Diarmaid, Noelle & Holly (6 months) July 2014

Lorinda & John have been fantastic hosts. The welcome pack was a lovely thought and came in very handy after a day of travelling. The cottage was perfect for us and we did so much each day it was lovely to come home to such a quaint and comfortable oasis. We found the location to be amazing, so central and ideal to see all of Cornwall. Travelling with a baby was no trouble because we were so central to everything. We could not have been happier and will be recommending to our friends. Thank you for being so welcoming.

Tony, Julie & Akil – Stourbridge, West Midlands June/July 2014

Lovely little cottage and thank you to John and Lorinda for the welcome hamper and for a lovely stay at your home. Nothing was too much trouble for you (even Akil!). Akil will miss saying “Hi” every day to you and getting John to play football – he he. Even though we were out all day it was nice to come back on the evening to relax and the days we wanted the hot tub it was there waiting – lovely. Thank you again, we will return one day.

Mandy & Tony Leaf East Yorkshire – Cottingham - June 2014 - Three Nights

Thank you for letting us stay in the beautiful cottage. Thank you also for all your help we have had a great time. What a lovely welcome when we came from Lorinda & John.

Joanna, Victor & Evelyn – Singapore - June 2014

Lovely place. Thanks for your hospitality and well maintained cottage. Your place is simply beautiful and homely. It's a pity that we are only staying for a night. Will definitely recommend your place to our friends! Wishing you both well, Lorinda and John. PS Comfy double sofa bed and that warm duvet too.

Mathieu & Carol May 2014

Lovely place to stay. Had all the things we needed - including feeding the guinea pig! Visited Eden, Adrenalin Quarry & Oasis Water Park. The welcome pack was very useful and we really enjoyed using the hot tub. We will be back..
