Terrace with 6 garden chairs 2 deck chairs overlooking two acres of its own olive groves and orchards. Also includes parking for up to 3 cars. and outside BBQ's. The garden is very safe for children to enjoy the freedom of making noise and having fun without constraints of on site managers or close by neighours.
Horse riding is available within the area, and a ski resort located about 90 minutes from the villa. All rooms in the Villa have buzzer alerts in case of emergency for the old or young children.
Loreto Aprutino is an inportant olive-oil town, but is very picture-post card pretty. The area has been inhababited since the 6th century and has plenty of history, and plenty to see.
This villa is centrally based in the region of Abruzzo ideal for touring the neighbouring area's of Italy. Situated 35 minutes drive away from the main resort of Pescara, with sandy beaches extending for 20 km.
The house is ideally situated in a location for those visitors who would prefer a rural setting but within reach of beautifully white sandy safe beaches (Montesilvano, 25 minutes drive away). From here there are ferry services to Croatia, coach and rail links to Rome.
The national park of Gran Sasso is nearby (25 km), for ski resorts, BBQ area's, cycling and mountaineering. Penne is a historic town about 6 km from the villa, in the foot of the Gran Sasso. This town has bars and restaurants, and the nearest medical centre.
Ancona is about one hour 30 minutes drive along a sea view motorway route and Rome about 130 km across country.
Winter travelers can find a skiing located about 90 mins from the villa. Horse riding is available within the area.
