Close to Castellammare del Golfo in the sunny valley of Fraginesi you find this detached 60 square meter-house. It has a 55 square meter roof terrace, from where you can see not only the sea, but also the tranquil surroundings with a 360-degree-view. On the spacious, covered front terrace you can enjoy the beautiful warm evenings with a glass of delicious sicilian wine. In the 1300 square meter garden is an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
