It is a quiet residential location within easy reach of facilities and tourist attractions in the central resort area, including Clacton Pier. This luxury home-from-home is ideal for relaxing, as a base for exploring or getting together with family or friends. WE CAN ACCEPT UP TO 11 GUESTS in 3 bedrooms and sofa-bed in the lounge.
This is a child-friendly property having no stairs and secure enclosed garden. In addition a high-chair and travel cot are available. Note that bedding and linen for the cot are not provided. Well-behaved pets are most welcome at a small additional charge.
The one-level open-plan arrangement makes Sea Breeze also mobility-friendly, with additional facilities to assist including a metal movable wheelchair ramp and grab-bar in the double shower.
WEEK-LONG BREAKS start on a FRIDAY only, with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

Clacton on Sea is one of Tendring Peninsula's seaside resorts offering miles of beaches, bags of fresh air and everything needed for an enjoyable traditional seaside holiday, walking holiday or base for exploring. It is called the sun spot of the East coast due to the hours of sunshine it enjoys.

For those who like to sail and own a boat, there are several very attractive places to sail to/from in the area, including Brightlingsea, Walton Backwaters, Wivenhoe and West Mersea. Sea Breeze has space for three vehicles parked along the left side of the property which would accommodate a boat that is no wider than a car. In addition, a lockable garage is available for storage.
Clacton Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away and welcomes Day Visitors with their own clubs.

Sports activities include golf course within 5 minutes drive (along the seafront); freshwater and sea-fishing; Gym, swimming and tennis at Clacton Leisure Centre (easy walking distance from Sea Breeze.) Language schools are available in Colchester.
Clacton offers a number of good places to eat, these include • Armstrong's bar and restaurant at the Pavilion on the seafront (Good restaurant with 10-pin bowling and other diversions inside and outside the complex to keep children/teenagers amused) • Maffias Restaurant (Traditional restaurant incl Sunday carvery), Martello Inn (Toby Inn chain) • The Oakwood Inn, (Excellent pub food), • A selection of Italian restaurants– Franco's, Prezzo's and Pizza Express (Italian) • The Rose & Crown, Thorpe-le-Soken (Pub and restaurant ).
