The fully air-conditioned apartment is on the second floor serviced by a lift. The automatic air conditioning system keeps the apartment comfortable in the summer by cooling the interior. If it the outside temperature drops, the system switches to heating mode - ensuring the inside temperature is comfortable at all times.Wireless Broadband and computer. There's a flat screen TV with DVD & Satellite system which provides UK 'freeview' channels. Bring your own SKY card to receive the same channels you get at home.The spacious balcony is equipped with dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. An excellent space to sit and relax & perhaps have a puff! (No smoking indoors please) The car park in the basement is operated with a remote control. A lift from the car park makes access easy.
Please note that to allow the apartment to be prepared for our guests the normal check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. We like to be flexible with this. If the apartment is vacant before or after your stay and at the discretion of the property manager these times are not set in stone.

The bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to form a double. A sofa bed in the living area allows up to four to be accommodated comfortably.
There's a perfectly functional 'old' laptop provided for the use of guests. The battery could be better!
Although the property is very secure, we have provided a safe for added peace of mind.

Patio doors from the living room and bedroom open on to the balcony which has table and chairs and built-in barbecue. The balcony overlooks the pool, terraces with children's play area and old convent buildings.
There's easy access to the marina and Meia Praia beach across a pedestrian bridge and it is 5 minutes stroll to the historic town centre.
There's a selection of good sized supermarkets just round the corner. Alternatively there are a few 'hypermarkets' in town - a short drive away.
The Algarve has long been a popular holiday destination due mainly to the temperate climate and friendly people. The coastline provides numerous beaches and secluded sandy coves and pretty fishing villages.
The Algarve is renowned for the number and quality of its golf courses which are playable all year round. There are some good deals to be had in the summer. There are various family attractions such as waterparks within reach.
Barao de Sao Joao National Park, the Monchique Mountains, Cape St Vincent, Silves Castle or the town of Loule are all worth a visit..
Lagos is an all year round destination. The town is the ancient capital of the Algarve.
There's an abundance of sandy beaches within easy reach of the apartment.
The marina is a couple of minutes walk across the swing bridge. Boat trips, fishing trips, dolphin watching, sailing and surfing expeditions are all available.
There's a good selection of bars and restaurants and shopping in and around the town. There's always plenty to do in the evenings - although Lagos IS NOT a clubber's paradise!
There are two excellent golf courses on the outskirts and many more within 30 minutes drive.
