Access to the garden can also be via the utility off the kitchen, this area houses the boiler, second sink and washing machine. The spacious dining room is an ideal setting for a family meal seating up to 8. The small study can also be used as a second reception room.
The fusion stair rail leads upstairs to master bedroom which features seasonal sea views and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Second bedroom also has and en-suite shower room WC and basin. The two remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a "P" bath with power shower, corner toilet etc.
The house was designed as a family home with level lawned garden, is it entirely enclosed via a fence. There is an outside tap and external lighting if required. For those planning their journey to Devon by train; the now famous track damaged by the storms at Dawlish has been repaired
and is better than ever. Alternatively the repair means that we can easily commute to the lovely cathedral city of Exeter via the beautiful Exe Estuary. For train enthusiasts we also have two steam railways one starting from Totnes and ending at the Butterfy and Otter Santuary, the second route is part of the famous Round Robbin and starts from Paignton ends at Kinswear.
