The second bedroom has 2 single beds,bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes and is serviced by a separate shower-room and toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a third terrace/balcony with views towards the hills. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine.
There is underground parking, with the whole complex secured by electric gates. There is lift access to all floors.
Overall the apartment is perfect for an active family beach holiday; an ideal base for a group of golfers who want to be close to some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol and be a taxi ride away from good restaurants or a relaxing away from it all, do nothing type of break. Secure underground car parking with lift access to apartment. The Apartment benefits from having 3 terraces with the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and the rear terrace having views to the mountains.
There is a lockable storage room at garage level for golf clubs, beach toys etc.
Cleaningand laundry at end of stay is included in the price. For stays of longer than 1 week additional cleaning/ linen change can be arranged if required at an extra charge.

Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or the swimming pool.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking made within 8 weeks of departure. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against breakages, damage or key loss which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the Apartment keys providing our Agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
Beautiful climate with over 300 days sunshine a year. From May to October the weather is predominantly hot and dry. In July & August the temperature rises to over 30 celcius. From November to April the average is about 18/20 celcius although can rise to around 25 c on a good day. October to May are the most popular months for golf.
The Costa del Sol offers everything - inland mountain areas( In winter you can ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains only an hour or so from Malaga), beautiful beaches,a multitude of superb golf courses and some lovely towns from the jet set Puerto Banus to the historic old mountain town of Ronda.
Estepona, which is approx 10 mins by car from the apartment, is an attractive town with a long beach and promenade - with an evening market throughout July and August to meander through. The town has narrow pretty streets with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a street market held every Wednesday. Estepona also has a marina with a selection of good restaurants offering everything from traditional tapas and paella to Italian, Chinese and Indian. There is excellent parking both in and around the centre of the town.
Approx 15 mins to the East you will find Marbella and the renowned resort of Puerto Banus. Old Marbella town including Orange Square is well worth a visit with Marbella also having long beaches and a promenade to wander along. The marina at Puerto Banus is renowned for its array of luxurious yachts and for the celebrities who visit - make use of one the many excellent bars and restaurants and sit and watch the world go by - who knows who you could be sitting next to !
For a good family day out try the Selwo Safari/Adventure park which is within walking distance of the Apartment. Here you can walk through lovely gardens admiring a number of birds and smaller animals and then be transported in Safari lorries through the countryside where you will see a number of animals including giraffes, elephants and tigers.
Spend a day in Gibralter where if you are missing home you can shop with british pounds in M&S. Alternatively take a tour to the top of the Rock and admire the impressive views of North Africa and meet the monkeys.There are also a good selection of boat trips into the bay where you will see the local dolphin population.
The area is superb for golfers with approx 20 plus excellent courses within 15/20 mins of the apartment, providing a challenge to all levels of player - visit www.golf-service.com for details and green fees - would not hesitate to recommend them for tee bookings and advice.There is an excellent new 9 hole par 3 course approx 3/4 mins away.
There is an Equestrian centre approx 15 mins away and tennis close by.
There are a number of good beaches close to the apartment, where you will generally find a 'Chiringuito' -beach bar/ restaurant serving good quality reasonably priced food -there is a good one called Crusoes approx 3/4 mins from the apartment, towards Estepona, which has live music on Wednesday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer and is next door to Laguna Village, with a choice of bars, restaurants, designer shops as well as its own beach club and swimming pool. 'Heaven' 3/4 mins towards San Pedro is a very popular chiringuito.
Alternatively relax and make use of the terraces, gardens and swimming pool at the Apartment.
