Carriers Stable was once a Victorian stable that has now been converted into a beautiful detached holiday cottage to accommodate ideally 2 people, and equipped to high standard, with good reviews. We try to provide most items so you don't have to bring much with you, and we do all the cleaning. We also provide Free Wi-Fi access (Own WI-FI router in building providing 28mb over entire building). We can normally arrange discounted ferry bookings.Situated in the rural south west of the Isle of Wight in the picturesque award winning village of Brighstone, near to forest and down, and within a mile of the sea AONB and Heritage Coast designation. There is a pub with restaurant, and another restaurant/bar in the village along with food shops and others all within easy walking distance and the area has excellent access to walking and cycle routes.The cottage bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed, ample cupboards, drawers and wardrobe space, television with Freeview Satellite Receiver, DVD player, clock radios and an en-suite shower room with latest electric thermostatically controlled shower for safety and temperature control.Downstairs there is an open plan layout with kitchen, dining room and lounge area containing two settees television with Freeview Satellite Receiver, DVD player and CD/tape/radio player, large fridge/freezer, washer/drier, electric oven and hob, microwave and many other items, see web site. French doors open out from the dining area onto a patio with garden furniture, garden, secure cycle rack (chain, lock, cover and some useful tools) and large drive. We have undertaken a new ECO approach with electricity saving initiatives.
Situated on the outskirts of a quiet picturesq rural village in the South West with many thatched houses and repeat winner of best village on the Isle of Wight.
