No pets allowed, no smoking inside only on terrace/balcony, ash trays will be provided. Name and address of the lead member of the booking must be provided. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure your booking. A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required as well as the full balance 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. The £50 will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, subject to no breakages/damage and on the return of the property keys.
Our key holder will clean the property before your arrival, clean bed linen and towels will be provided for you. She will again clean the property at the end of your stay ready for our next guests, due to this a cleaning charge is required of 40 or 50 euros this is payable on the day of arrival or during your stay to our key holder. If required, a safety deposit box can also be used during your stay .at a cost of 0 euros per This is payable when you pay the full balance of your rental costs. Airport transfers can be arranged for approx. 40 euros this is payable on arrival to the property.there is a meter in the property for the electricity cost about 2 or 3 euros a day.
