If also offers an enclosed balcony with a barbecue, all cooking utensils, and a nice view over trees and the Jura Mountains in the distance. The main bathroom includes a bath tub with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet. The lobby is good sized and there is a large kitchen with a good sized fridge and a separate freezer, an oven, a hob and a dishwasher. The kitchen comes with all the kitchen equipment needed such as cooking knives, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, a toaster and kettle etc.

The apartment also offers 46" flat screen TV, cable TV & Wi-Fi, which are all included in the rental price. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator. An interphone and remote control located at the entrance of the apartment allow visitors to be identified and let in. Bed sheets and towels are included in the rental price. A washroom is also available on the ground floor.

The apartment is within walking distance of several parks, schools, supermarkets, banks, mail office, bars, restaurants, shopping mall and the lake side. The city of Nyon also offers several museums, a castle, temporary exhibitions, a medieval old town, roman ruins and a lake front with a promenade and a beach.
