Gozo measures only 9 miles by 5 miles. It is located a 20 minute ferry ride away from Malta. The ferry runs every 45 minutes in summer and at a slightly reduced schedule throughout the night. Sunny, calm, laid-back and relaxing are some of the many adjectives used to describe Gozo. This is not a destination for the masses, even at the height of summer when Gozo is at its busiest you will not feel restricted. Enjoy some excellent wine in one of the many squares and watch the world go by or visit any of the seaside areas where you can find some of the best restaurants in Gozo. For those who do not want to just sit around and lap the sun, you can visit may of the historical sites around the island. The 5000 year old Ggantija Temples, the Gozo Citadel are among the most popular.
A couple of minutes drive away from the penthouse you will find Dweja Bay, with its unique Inland Sea and famous Azure Window. It is always recommended to hire a car but Gozo enjoys a very good bus service and a bus stop is located a few meters away from the building.
