Situated in a small pretty hamlet equidistant between Bath and Bristol. Wonderful walks right outside the door, with 200 acres of woodland. No roads nearby, very quiet.

This was originally a cow byre, it has a lovely light and airy feel, and retains many of its original features and characteristics.

This is a very peaceful holiday retreat, a lovely garden to look out onto with ducks and chickens wandering around.

There is a little orchard for you to sit and relax in.

Inside there is a wood burning stove that keeps you nice and toasty on a cold evening, a very comfortable bed with

feather duvet and crisp cotton white bed linen. A comfy sofa and TV with CD player. Ensuite shower room and kitchen.

There is fresh goats milk from the goats, and eggs from the chickens, also jams and preserves all home made if anybody wants them.

Their own little orchard garden, with a pretty view across the valley towards the saxon church. Park right outside your door. We can hire bicycles too, for anyone who wants to cycle to Bath or Bristol on the cycle track that is very close.

Full of wonderful places to see. The amazing cities of Bath and Bristol with so much history, also Wells. They all have their cathed

rals. There are lots of National trust properties nearby too.

Fabulous countryside, lots to do.

Local markets during the week, great places to eat local food.
