This semi-detached, spacious house is situated about 200m from Colwyn Bays sea front and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The reception hall is of a good size with doors to the lounge and sitting room, double doors lead into the dining room and through to the kitchen with range cooker, washing machine, dish washer and large fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast area with a seating area.

The first floor contains the master bedroom which has a large dressing room which can also be utilised as a bedroom or nursery. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom on the first floor also has a dressing room which could be be used as a bedroom or nursery, this room has an en-suite shower and wc. There is also a large bathroom on this floor with separate shower. The second floor contains three double bedrooms and one single room. There is also a large shower room on this floor.

The house is centrally heated via two gas combi boilers and has wifi for broadband internet access.

The front garden has a driveway and parking for for several cars. The driveway runs down the side of the house to the garage and allows parking for several more cars. The rear garden is enclosed and has a BBQ and three garden tables with plenty of seating.Being a couple of minutes walk to the beach or five minutes walk into town and close to all the attractions that North Wales has to offer, the house is ideal for a family holiday or weekend.

The Conwy County region

North Wales has some beautiful scenery including Snowdonia National Park and its mountains in the west of the region which attracts climbers and walkers of all abilities. On the west coast you will find some of the best surfing and sailing beaches and Angleseys 125 miles of coast offers some of the best beaches in the UK..

To the east is the Clwydian hills and medieval market towns close to the border with England. In between lie the towns of Bangor, Conwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay offering sailing, watersports and beaches.

The area is also home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and canal and, collectively, the Edwardian castles and town walls of the region which comprise those at Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Conwy and Harlech.

Colwyn Bay

Colwyn Bay is ideally situated for exploring North Wales and its mountains and beaches, activity holidays such as cycling, riding, watersports, fishing etc, or a family break on the seaside. The town has a range of shops and amenities and a ten minute drive away is Llandudno with its pier, shops, restaurants and bars. Thirty minutes to east and there is Chester which is Cheshires premier shopping venue.
