Dartmouth lies on the banks of the wide River Dart - South Hams area - South Devon. It is in a great location for exploring all that Devon has to offer, from its beautiful beaches and Jurassic coast to the landscapes of Dartmoor and Exmoor. There are plenty of walks to enjoy, or you can visit Plymouth or Exeter to enjoy some shopping and some good restaurants.

Dartmouth

The property is adjacent to The Coast Path and National Trust Woods which are covered with bluebells in the Spring. Nearby: Dartmoor, Plymouth, Torquay, Paignton Zoo,and various National Trust Gardens & Houses. Dartmouth is a lovely waterside town in an "area of outstanding natural beauty" with characterful bars, good restaurants and various shops along the cobbled streets. Local small beaches in Dartmouth - few yards away,

the beautiful cove at Blackpool Sands - 1 mile, and the larger sandy beaches at Paignton, Torquay ,Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Bigbury. (approx 1/2 to 1 hours drive.)
