ACCESS: Situated approximately 5 minutes from Highway 1 exits 19 & 21. 40 minutes drive from Vancouver International Airport, or 1hr drive North of the US border. There is one covered parking stall in the carport plus ample driveway parking for several cars. Also served by the 229, 210 and 255 bus routes (bus stops approximately 5 minutes walk) which serve Lonsdale Avenue & Quay (connecting to the Seabus to Downtown), Phibbs Exchange and Capilano University.

LENGTH OF STAY :

In general the owners would prefer a one month booking. However, they will on occasions consider a one or two week booking depending on the availability and dates required The cleaning fee will be waived on one month stays. Please feel free to enquire.

Alderlynn House is a very comfortable home occupied by the owners for the majority of the year, on occasions it is rented out when we make it available for rent. Therefore it is fully furnished above and beyond the standard of typical permenent rental properties.
