Lemon Balm is a fantastic two bedroom Apartment located in the Alfama seventeenth century Palace - considered the ExLibris of Alfama! The apartment is located in the Palace of Santo Estevão, owned by the same family over 200 years.

The apartment was recently renovated and furnished with quality and good taste. It as two double bedrooms, both with en-suite. The main suite is incredible. You'll fell like one ancient member of portuguese royal court! Wide, with roof window and has an excellent bathroom, equipped with massage shower.

The large living room, equipped with a sofa and comfortable armchairs and with a dinner area were you have a high table for six people. The kitchen, decorated in red is well equipped for those who like to cook. Maybe to try to cook some portuguese dishes!

The other must of this apartment is the terrace that you have at your disposal, to rest after long walks or to take your breakfast. Enjoy it!

The apartment is in a neighborhood with restricted access to cars, only taxis and residents can join. If arriving by car will have to leave the car outside this area, there are several car parks (flea market, door sunset, Santa Apolonia).

You're in the heart of Lisbon most typical neighborhood. So if you don't want to cook, you'll find just outside your door restaurants where Fado live performances inspire prestigious chefs. In Alfama you'll get lost in the old streets full of histories to discover!

Few meters distance, you have the Fado Museum, the "Casa dos Bicos", where's located the Saramago Foundation (a space dedicated to the Nobel Prize-winning Portuguese writer) and the worldwide famous tram 28 that covers the sightseeing tour of Lisbon 's hills.
