This charming stone farmhouse is situated in the beautiful countryside, close to Pollensa and only a short drive from beaches and all kinds of amenities. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Majorcan, traditional charm and character, enhanced by beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and interior stone walls.
The fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings, and a double sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and an electric oven plus a walk-in pantry. It has also preserved its traditional open fire place. The lounge-dining room is inviting and comfortably furnished and has paintings and local ceramics. You will find both satellite TV and unlimited Internet connection (WiFi). The bedrooms are located upstairs, two twins and one double, as well as a full bathroom.
A large front terrace runs along the front side of the house, nicely framed by a vineyard pergola, the ideal place for chilling out during the siesta hours or simply enjoy the lovely surroundings. There is a built-in barbecue and a wood burning oven under a separate covered terrace, perfect for summer al fresco dining, as well as a further shower room, practical for pool side days. The well kept lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and children's games. The pool has a sun deck with sun loungers.
