Located in Warkworth, a pretty village by the coast. This is a five star quality accommodation with a real wow feel, all on one level, very spacious and lovely decor, just a five minute walk from the heart of the village and a five minute drive to the beach.

One well behaved dog is welcome, so bring the dog, Northumberland is a dog friendly location, there are so many beaches and hidden gems to explore, the beach is a half an hour walk from the property. Warkworth is an Ideal base for discovering more of this lovely Northumbrian coastline. The cottage is suitable for families, couples, and friends and social getaways.

Try a short break, they are available some of the year, the changeover day is Friday or Monday. Beal Croft cottage is well situated in Warkworth, parking is not a problem, there's enough room for three cars. This cottage is situated at the end of a small residential cul-de-sac, and with plenty of outside space, the cottage is detached with secure gates at both sides of the private garden, perfect if you bring your dog, we do have house rules for pets t, which responsible dog owners understand.

The property sleeps 6 plus baby with one king size bed, one super king size bed and double room with an option for double bed, twin or single. The entrance hall is light and airy with beautiful damask curtains and the entire cottage is beautifully decorated throughout all the, the attention to detail is second to none and all the finishing touches make this cottage really special. Three bedrooms which will sleep up to 6 people comfortably and still room for the baby. A spacious living area with French doors leaving to a conservatory which in turn leads to an outside decking area with luxury rattan chairs and teak and rattan outside table. This seating area is handy just outside the kitchen so convenient for outside meals al fresco. The garden has a wide lawned area with clematis growing up the wooden pergola and a sun trap patio to catch the final rays of the sun.

The lounge is a welcoming, where you could spend a very agreeable time relaxing, chatting with the family or friends, there is a large flat screen television with DVD and Hi-Fi, with docking for smart phone and mp3 player. For you convenience a telephone has been installed and there is Wi-Fi for today's communication requirements. The family bathroom has a large shower enclosure and a large corner spa bath. The kitchen and dining room are open plan, so nice to socialise while preparing meals, elegant and comfortable and fully equipped, the fridge and dishwasher are in the kitchen while the washing machine, dryer and another fridge freezer are in the large utility room. Extra cupboards with lots of storage, no expense has been spared to make your holiday a one you'll remember. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe and flat screen TV. Bedroom two can be either super kingsize or twin with large built in wardrobe. Bedroom three can be either single bed, twin bed or super kingsize bed with flat screen TV. For rainy days there is a games console, Nintendo Wii available with lots of up to date games.
