Upstairs to the spacious living room/dining area with an open fireplace for the winter months and a fully fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher) with all appliances and a small terrace for drying clothes/storage.
Double doors lead from the living room to the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and with views to the pool area. Upstairs is the second double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with its own small private terrace with pool views.
Located in the Albayalde / Villacana complex with all amenities available (supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc.). There is plenty to do in the community - There is a hotel nearby (Villacana - few mins walk) with a kids club inside. The beach is a at walking distance and there is a nice pool attached to the house.
There is a free wifi access in a private area inside the complex just outside the house. The gated area is very safe and secure, entrance for residents only (need a badge to get in, the gated remains closed at all time). There is a large parking area in the complex just outside the house.
The area has won many awards over the last 10 years for its cleanliness and beautiful kept gardens/walkways (twice top 10 in the costa del sol). It has just appeared in the place in the sun magazine.

Take a walk along the Paseo enjoying its sandy beaches, with "chiringuitos" serving traditional tapas.The Sierra Blanca mountain range can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.
The beautiful port of La Duquesa is close by and has attractive promenades encircling the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes in which to while away the days. Two nights a week the port hosts a unique Crafts Market, popular with the local residents as well as visitors.
