The Villa islocated in the valley of Grotticelli, between Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello. It is in a privileged position, on a hill with wonderful views of the plain and the sea below. It is made up of a spacious living area with living room and kitchen, furnished in a simple style. Comfortable and practical, the kitchen is equipped with a four-flame hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensil. Equipment in the living area includes a plasma TV, stereo system, DVDS and a selection of local wines. The sleeping area comprises of two bedrooms with shower, one double and one twin both offering ample wardrobe space in subtle summer colours. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace in rustic stone. Across a stone path is a veranda with breathtaking views of the hills and the sea of Guidaloca. The veranda in stone, with its arbour, is furnished with sofas and table and chairs for eating outside.
