Porth Beach House is an early 19th century house just 35 metres from the sand at Porth with superb sea views from the sitting room. Designed in a gorgeous New England style with fresh white wood and beach fabrics, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plenty of bathrooms and space to relax, this is a stunning holiday home for all year round.

Porch with wooden seating - handy for taking off boots at the end of a long beach walk leading to open plan dining room with slate floor, large wooden table and banquette seating and chairs - perfect for family meals. Wooden window seats add character to the room alongisde the coastal artwork.

Bright and airy kitchenleads from the dining room with large range style oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, diswasher, fridge and freezer. French doors lead out to the enclosed furnished decking area at the rear of the property. Iron, ironing board, hairdryers, travel cot and highchair provided.

Leading off the dining area is a king size bedroom with wrought iron double bedstead and wood burner set in a traditional open stone fireplace with former bread oven. Ensuite shower room with W.C. and basin.

Cloakroom with W.C. and basin under the wooden stairs which lead to the first floor living room which has stunning views of the beach and sea from the area at the end of the room which has banquette seating so that you can relax and enjoy the views. Large flatscreen television with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking station and Super Fast Broadband. Plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs in which to relax in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings. Travel cot and highchair available.

Along the hallway are two beautifully decorated bedrooms (one king and one twin) with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and shared ensuite shower room with basin and WC.

Further king size double bedroom with lovley wrought iron bedstead and small twin bedroom with wooden bunk beds. Family bathroom (WC, basin, shower over bath). Centrally heated with two wood burners.

Porth is the kind of beach that kids dream of with soft sand and rock pools galore. Located on the north coast of Cornwall it has a stream flowing down to the shoreline and even an island with a wooden bridge across to it. Lifeguards patrol the beach from May to September, making it safe for swimming and bodyboarding. Even during the height of summer, Porth provides a sense of peace, with a restaurant and pub right next to the beach.

At the rear of the property is an enclosed decked area and at the front of the property is a slate courtyard which is also enclosed. Parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but please note that dogs are not permitted on Porth beach between Easter and 1st October, although there are plenty of other options for your four legged friends within walking distance (Porth Headland & Lusty Glaze Headland) and some all year dog friendly beaches not too far away (Watergate Bay, Fistral & Mawgan Porth). Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
