It's central position on the green enables easy access to Criccieth high street shops and restaurants.
This is a seaside resort where you can relax recharge and watch the world go by approx 5-10 mins walk from the beach.
This spacious holiday let was renovated in the summer 2010 to a high standard retaining many original features, with high ceilings, picture rails and coving and the original mosaic tiling in the hallway.
The lounge at the front of the property benefits from a bay window, open fireplace and can comfortably seat 10 guests and includes flat screen TV, Wii games console and will have WiFi available from October 2013.
The dining room next to the sitting room has a dining table which seats 12 at one time and gives access to both the hall and the sitting room.
Towards the rear of the property on the ground floor is a further living room which can seat 7 people comfortably around a wood burning stove which is set in an inglenook and is an ideal room for reading and chilling out.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an electric range cooker, twin Belfast sinks integral dishwasher and washing machine and fridge freezer.
The accommodation in all comprises 6 Bedrooms (three of the bedrooms having superb views), a separate TV Games room with DVD and board games, 2 Bath/Shower rooms
and 2 separate WC washrooms, 3 Reception Rooms (Lounge Living room and Dining room) and a modern Kitchen.
The location of the property in Criccieth provides excellent access to Snowdonia National Park, to the local beaches and easy access to PortMeirion village and gardens, there is also a local narrow gauge steam railway in Porthmadog and many local castles and National Trust properties to visit.

Criccieth is a great location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park (which includes Snowden and the Snowden mountain Railway) and yet is close to excellent beaches and with great views across the bay to Harlech.
Trains still run to Criccieth station up a beautiful coastal route and there are exceptional walks in the area, many National Trust properties, and the island of Anglesey is not far away.
The village and beautiful gardens of Portmeirion (where the Television series The Prisoner was based) are close by and there's a busy seaside resort in Porthmadog nearby where you catch a steam train on the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways.

The property is situated on Y Maas a road at the top of the village Green with views to Criccieth Castle and sea views across to the Harlech hills.
Criccieth high street is close by with a local Spar shop, green grocers , butchers and several excellent restaurants and cafes; including an Indian restaurant and Fish and Chip shops as well as more local fine dining.
The two beaches in Criccieth are within 5-10 minutes walk and there is a wonderful sandy beach which stretches for 2 miles at Black rock sands just around the bay towards Porthmadog, the beach is so big you can drive onto it and park so is popular for water activities and picnics.
