Keriou - a Brittany holiday cottage.
Set in an idyllic valley hamlet close to the village of Guiscriff in the South Brittany department of Morbihan. Full of character and charm and equipped with all you need for a relaxing family holiday, a group of friends or a romantic break. The huge wood burner will keep you warm in winter, while the thick stone walls are cool when its hot outside. There is a large natural garden with furniture and barbeque.
The three bedrooms all have comfortable beds, one double, one with a double and large single and one with a double and bunk beds. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.
The two bathrooms are modern, spacious and very well appointed. Both have large walk-in shower cubicles with powerful shower heads. The first floor bathroom has a deep roll-top bath in addition to the large shower.
The kitchen has everything you could need, including a range cooker, dishwasher, and ample crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and serving dishes - and of course an extensive supply of glassware. For those who love to cook there are plenty of sharp knives, baking tins, cast iron casseroles etc...and a rolling pin (altough I have to say that french ready-rolled pastry is superb)!!
Please be aware that the staircase is typically steep to the first floor and, while children dont seem to have a problem, it is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests. We do provide a stair gate for the safety of toddlers!
