The rest of the house:
1. There is a maximum occupancy of 12 in a combination of any of the above rooms. Extra overnight Z beds can be made available at an extra charge. This can increase the occupancy up to 16, but this is a bit of a squeeze!
2. Families preferred, and not groups of adults with the majority age under 21.
3. No pets are allowed.
4. No smoking within the house.
5. The house is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, and is to be vacated before 10am.
From the house you can experience semi rural living with the beautiful Huntington country side surrounding the development and the centre of Chester only a few miles away.
There are a few local shops and a pub at nearby Huntington and an excellent country pub in Alford, but head for Chester and you can eat, drink and shop till you drop. You'll find all the major high street names plus lots of small specialist shops selling everything from designer clothes to antiques. Not to mention the famous Browns of Chester department store and the indoor market. There's a tempting selection of shops in the Mall Grosvenor Shopping Centre and the Forum Centre, with more shops, a wine bar and restaurant at Rufus Court. Several out of town retail parks are also well worth a visit.
