The Famagusta region

Famagusta is a region situated on the South East coast of Cyprus. It boasts some of the best beaches on the island including Pernera, Protaras, Konnos Bay out to Ayia Napa, any of which can be reached in a short time by car.

During the summer months, the region comes to life with tourists flocking to the area to relax on the beaches, sample the water sports, visit the historical churches and museums and experience the busy night-life of Ayia Napa. The season is a long one with superb weather from April right through to November.

Home to the Kokkinochoiria (red soil) villages where the tasty Cyprus potato is grown, and the hundreds of windmills, Famagusta still has the feeling of stepping back to more traditional Cyprus times.

Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa has everything you need to really enjoy your stay in Cyprus. Along the Ayia Napa "strip" you will find all manner of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, clothes & bag shops, banks, bakers and pharmacies.

All roads lead to the seaside and beaches and one of the best is the golden sands of Nissi Beach Bay.

For the little ones or even the young at heart there are two big amusement parks in Ayia Napa with rides for the children and

crazy golf. Ayia Napa also offers a big water park.
