Trafalgar House Apartment One is in the heart of the North Laines area of Brighton. You couldn't be closer to the main train station which is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. When you come out of the station and turn right, coming back on yourself you are going under the station concourse and on to Trafalgar Street. One of the first things you'll see on the side of the first pub is the famous “Kissing Policemen” by Banksy.
The apartment is perfect for holidaymakers or the business community alike. With it's central location it's very popular for small groups of friends wanting to be close to all the cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife or it's equally a good base for business, with American Express not far away and the various conferences it proves to be a very popular apartment.
The apartment itself is on the first floor of a refurbished building, tucked way on a one-way street. It's been completely refurbished, and benefits from Virgin television and unlimited wifi. We also supply linen, towels for your stay.
There's a bright and airy master bedroom with double bed and a further twin room with two single beds and wardrobe. There's also a pull-down bed in the lounge ideal for 1-6 guests. (We can make the beds to either 3 x doubles or 1 x double 4 singles or 2 single and 2 double).
The living room has seating for six, as does the breakfast bar.
There's one bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasin.

The North Laines has come a long way in the last ten years. It's now the hub of activity and culture and close to all amenities and attractions.
The famous Royal Pavilion is a short walk as is the beach and pier.
There are plentiful restaurants and bars around; also since the New England Quarter has opened, there are other shops and supermarkets to enjoy just five minutes walk away.
North Laines is especially known for it's independent shops and boutiques. You can buy beautiful one-off crafts and clothes for your wardrobe or your home.
It has a real village feel, even though it's part of a city.
North Laine is a bohemian shopping area popular both with locals and tourists, well served with cafés, bars and entertainment venues including theatres such as Komedia, which is in a former Tesco supermarket. The latter had been closed for some years in anticipation of major redevelopment of the area which failed to materialise; in the building was for some time a covered market with a number of small stallholders, until Komedia moved in from their previous home in Kemptown.
One of the less shopping-oriented streets, Upper Gardner Street, is closed to traffic every Saturday for an on-street market. Amongst the houses of this street are several antiques dealers.
The City Council redeveloped a gap site, constructing a new library and public square which became available to the public in 2005. This significantly changed the flow of pedestrians, which prior to this had been predominantly straight through North Laine on the main shopping streets, and is now more two-dimensional

Your Brighton Holiday rules:
Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.
Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try and accommodate all guests as much as possible. We try to accommodate all our guests and don't like to disappoint but we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
Lastly thanks you for booking and we welcome you with our meet and greet service. Please call the Property Manager 15 minutes prior to arrival.
