Constantia Gardens Apartments was built in 2001 andwas built to the highest standard to attract holidaymakers from all over the world. The whole complex consists of 12 apartments 6 of which are managed by Avra Property Management and Holidays Ltd which is a professional property management company:

Great location for all amenities which are less than 10 minutes' walk. Constantia Gardens specialises in owner holiday accommodation. The apartments can be rented for variable stays such as weekend breaks through to a long term let. The properties are cleaned in time for our guests' arrivals and generally making sure that our guest has everything there that they require upon arrival. A variety of welcome packs are available which are placed in the property in time for our guests arrivals. Our unique service provides the guests in our Apartments with whatever they require to ensure they have an enjoyable and stress free holiday to remember.

In this modern internet age guests want to be able to book their holiday accommodation immediately so this site provides everything you need to know before you book your holiday.

We offer high standards with all of our 'services' and all with the personal touch. The complex is ideal for Wedding Groups. Please see separate section WEDDINGS for more information. Our friendly professional staff are happy to assist with enquiries and to offer any advice that may be asked for.

Apartment is cleaned and bed linen/towels changed before and after the arrival/departure of guests. Should you require additional cleaning and or bed linen/towels change during your stay we can arrange this for an additional cost of €20 to be paid on the premises.

When guests are not at home we kindly ask that they switch off the lights and air condition units so as to avoid wasting electricity.

Please do not flush down the toilet items such as toilet paper, nappies, sanitary pads etc to avoid blockage of the sewerage system.

This is a non-smoking apartment so please keep this in mind.

If you have small children please refrain from letting them paint on walls or furniture as we like the apartment decorated just as it is!

Finally and most importantly please respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down.

Air condition paid locally at 3.50 euros per unit. 100 Euros deposit required on booking and 100 Euros for Electricity deposit at arrival which is to be paid to the onsite property manager. You will be refunded the balance less electricity charges at departure.

The Paphos region

This apartment is close to all amenities. Shops and bars just a stones throw away. The harbor is a little further and a car would be required although if you are keen walker it is doable. I have done it many times. However of an evening after a luxurious Mezedakia and a couple of beers a taxi might be required!
