GARDEN DOUBLE APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This SUNNY BEACH ACCOMMODATION is very suitable for younger tourists because here we are very friendly and very open minded. The accomodation offers you stunning sea view in a typical Mediterranean urbanization.

The children can reach the garden area and the two swimming pools in a secure complex.

This semi-detached BEACH VILLA is the best villa of the complex.

You are enquiring for its two garden apartments which have beautiful decorations, good quality furniture and they are plenty of charm. It is perfect for all kind of guest and exigence: for resting in silence, for golfers, young students (17-25 y.o.) with/without parents and family holidays.

It is in 5 minutes walk distance from the Beach, (max. 10 min. Walk) and in 7 minutes walk distance from Santa Ponsa centre and 20 minutes by bus from the city of Palma. Car not necessary.

VILLA ESTRELLA DESCRIPTION

By renting villa estrella you will have its two garden apartments at your disposal. Not all the villa is available for your group. These two independent garden apartments are both on the ground-floor.

It is a beach and garden appartment: big terrace close to the community garden, 330º beach and mountains view, there is silence, light and tranquility on the top of the Villa and on the higher place of the complex. You will see all Santa Ponsa village from above: the stunning panoramic garden terrace and beach view from nearly all the rooms except one shower-room and one big bedroom! Believe me!

The accomodation has a beach view master bedroom provided with a queen size bed and one handpainted lovely wardrobe. Close to this master bedroom there is another bedroom which has another queen size bed and the garden terrace. Both have stunning beach views.

The living-room has main american kitchen and the main entrance. there's a main shower-room with sea view.

The smaller appartment has two bedrooms: one with sofa-bed and the other with two single beds.

The water heating is provided by electricity. Majorca Island has little water during the summer, so please save water as much as you can during your stay. Our villa has a water deposit, so you will have enough water all the time. Others accomodations don't have water deposit. Consider this detail and book villa estrella garden appartment please!

The living-room with main American kitchen has air conditioning apparatus, there is a table in the living room with highchairs for unforgettable breakfasts and dinners in the garden terrace.

The lounge also has flat screen Television with British channels too (italian, french, russian, german... you need to select what you prefer), and a shower-room with hydrojet cabin and window.

I am the property manager and I don't pick up my guests at the airport, sorry. A taxi is cheap and speed: 30-40 euros, 17 Km far from the villa.

PLEASE MIND THE DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: only 7 or 10 minutes walk distance from the Villa.

A) The nearest beach is Santa Ponsa beach, it is enough close to the property ABOUT 380 YARDS ONLY.

B) The sunny beach villa stays on the top of a hill, close to the beach, it is not on the beach: better for you! This is why you have more fresh air and more silence in your accommodation.

C) Using a stair you can reach In max 7 or 10 minutes walk the sandy beach and the pine-tree plantation which is plenty of green parrots (exactly: rosy-faced lovebird parrots). An older guest needs few minutes more to reach the beach: 15 or 20 minutes.

D) The golf courses are in 30 minutes walk distance from the community main gate.

E) The car is not necessary for having fun and resting in this fun-tastic accommodation close to the beach.

THE COMPLEX:

The sunny beach villa is set in the large complex area surrounded by walls for security reasons. There is off road security parking and three electronic entry gates. There are about 100 properties and Beach Villa is the best of all: best sea views, best fittings, best location close to one of the two swimming pool. There are two shared swimming pools both close enough to the house to be very handy but far enough away so as not to be noisy. One of the pools is very large and has many sun loungers around it. These are provided by the estate. The second pool is a smaller pool and is perfect for the adults and is in the middle of the complex and still close to the villa.

SPORTS FACILITIES, COUNTRY CLUB AND GOLF COURSES:

Santa Ponsa Country Club is 2 mins drive away with fabulous indoor/outdoor pool, gym, spa, salon, crèche,

restaurant and sports facilities for around 80 euros per week (www.spcountryclub.com).

Near the Complex there are few fantastic Golf Courses, one of them is in about 15 minutes walk distance from the Villa, the others are in few minutes drive from the Beach Villa.

RESTAURANTS, BARS AND DISCOS:

There is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops ( including two large supermarkets ) in few minutes walk distance from the sunny Beach Villa.

PARTY AND DINING:

Private outside dining with barbecue at garden terrace, main terrace and roof terrace have tables and chairs too.

If you want to party all night long in the terraces please do not make too much noises.

Noises are allowed in Majorca till 24 O'Clock so close the doors kindly during the night.

THE SEA VIEW PRIVATE USE GARDEN:

There is a relaxing garden with decking, planted areas and grassed areas. The garden is not directly used by any other properties owners. We have put down decking to make sun bathing easier. The garden has 4 private sun loungers. Its has the sun in the daytime from around 10 am until 7pm. There is plenty of shade under the terraced areas. The guests are required to keep clean and empty the dustbin for the rubbishs which are in the villa.

The Villa has three sides that give to its guests a 330º view overlooking the sea, the mountains and the hills.

The Villa Estrella garden has a direct access to swimming pool: it's very comfortable for children and parents.

SMOKING:

Smokers are welcome but they are kindly suggested to smoke in the four private and comfortable terraces only, the private use garden, the public pools area and in the public panoramic point which is very close to the Villa, just outside the main entrance. Smoke is strictly forbidden inside the Villa for security and healthy reason.

In my garden double appartment it is not possible to host more than 8 persons ( kids are little persons).

70 Euro per each week stay are for the Service charge, so this will be 140€ for a fortnight.

72 EUROS are required for the housekeeper check-in and check-ouy any time (24 hours)

The Service charge includes:

- Daily availability from the home assistant (not for daily cleaning).

What the service charge doesn't include:

- the taxi from and for the airport

- the home cleaning during your stay.

You will have the possibility to clean linen and towels by using the washing machine which si provided in the accomodation.

DURING YOUR STAY IF YOU WANT YOU CAN WASH AN CHANGE BY YOURSELF TOWELS AND BED LINEN.

Smokers may smoke in the garden and terraces only but please use ashtrays and do not throw nothing into the gardens planted areas.

We ask all guests to treat the property as they would their own.

Secure free parking for one car only is available inside the complex, many more parking spaces for free are available close to and around the complex.

The largest and most popular of the Balearics, Majorca is an island of startling contrasts. Its landscape varies from rugged mountains in the north to pine-covered hills and windmill-dotted plains in the south. In the west, the historic and elegant capital, Palma, skirts an attractive harbour while in the east, you can explore pretty, secluded sandy coves. Despite great popularity and development, Majorca remains an astonishingly beautiful place, with verdant pines, rolling green hills, and endless superb beaches.

Majorca is many travel writers favourite place. Yes it has loads of safe sandy beaches but it also offers an immense variety of other activities - mountains and hilly walks, cycling, horse riding in the forests, bays and little islands to explore by small boat, scuba diving, sailing and water skiing.

For style, shopping and cultural attractions Palma is becoming increasingly popular and it is not easy to see why when you start with its iconic cathedral or the cobbled shopping streets around the main square.

There are plenty of day trips to keep you occupied for example visit Valledemossa with its monastery and temporary home to Chopin; La Granja, a old manor house full of everything from a torture chamber to perfume making to wine tasting or take what looks like a wild west train to Port Soller. Palma is well worth a visit for the sites and Cathedral. The shopping in the old town narrow streets is a delight.

Santa Ponsa

Santa Ponsa is 20 minutes drive from Palma and all the attractions and places of interest of Mallorca are easily accessed by car. The city of Palma de Majorca is only 12 km far from Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is situated 20 minutes from Palma in the South East part of the island, reknown for its sunny and hot climate, protected by the mountains on the west of the island. This means that often it will be sunny in Santa Ponsa and cloudy in the North and East of Majorca.

Santa Ponsa is a mix of a beautiful location, excellent micro-climate with a large, fine sandy beach with life guards in season and a plentiful supply of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There are lots of lovely beaches all along this coastline to suit all tastes from the young and lively like Santa Ponsa to the more family

orientated like Camp de Mar and the locals beaches such as Portal Vells with its sparkling water and caves to explore.

There are many fine restaurants and bars within Santa Ponsa, a number of which stay open all year long. Along with these are numerous bars and snack type cafes. Santa Ponsa is a thriving and busy holiday resort with three superb championship golf courses and two prestigious sports marinas well known for their sophisticated service and style.

There are some places in the world, such as St. Andrews in Scotland, that are synonymous with golf. Mallorca's equivalent is the stunning resort of Golf Santa Ponsa. Golf Santa Ponsa is Mallorca's principal golf village, containing three courses, Santa Ponsa I is open to the public, whilst Santa Ponsa II and III are for members only. Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round.

There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. Five courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. The complex is just 3 minutes drive from 4 golf courses:- Santa Ponsa I, II, III and Poniente and Royal Bendinat Golf is a short drive away.

Santa Ponsa has also beautiful quiet residential areas to satisfy the clients who prefer more relaxed holidays.

All amenities can be found in Santa Ponsa, many attractions are a short drive away. The resident parakeets make the scenic coastal walk a most enjoyable trip at any time of day and outside the town most of the island's tourist areas are within a 1 hour drive. The shopping centre (Porto Pi) on the Paseo Maritimo has a selection of the more exclusive shops. It is 15 minutes drive from the villa. Although relatively a new town, has important links to Mallorcan history. It was here that King Jaume I disembarked on 10 September 1229 founding Majorca and on top of the hill overlooking Santa Ponsa Bronze age remains can be seen today.

The beach of Port Adriano is only 4 minutes by car. A 10 minute drive by car offers you access to the golden beaches of the south coast of mallorca of which there are many to choose from. Santa Ponsa has everything you need for an ideal holiday. It is a perfect base to explore from. You can easily visit nearby Paguera, the waterfront village of Port Andratx.

Santa Ponsa is a thriving and busy holiday resort. It has an award winning beach with direct wheelchair access to the sea, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and it can be guaranteed there will always be plenty to do with activities such as Tennis, Water-sports, Football, Fishing, Snorkelling and Golf all within 20 minutes walking distance from the villa. With Port Adriano being 20 minutes walking distance, it's a great place for the water lover. Port Adriano and Santa Ponsa offer everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday, all amenities are available including banks and supermarkets.

The Santa Ponsa Country Club is only minutes away and offers Tennis, Pitch and Putt, Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Snooker table, Card and gaming facilities, Gym, Spa, Restaurant and Creche services. In the local area is also Ten Pin Bowling, Canoeing, Hang-Gliding, Roller Balding, Go Karts and Mini Motorbikes plus mini golf and windsurfing. There are many boating and water sports available in the nearby areas. Santa Ponsa marina is also only 15 minutes walking distance. Horse riding and walks are all nearby. The villa is 7 minute drive to Palma Nova and 2 minute drive to Santa Ponsa centre. It is also just 15 mins to the glamourous marina of Puerto Portals.

Costa de la Calma is 20 minutes walking distance. It is an extension of Santa Ponsa (it seams the same town) which has may bars and resturaunts catering for all. The Spanish Square in Costa de la Calma has nightly entertainment for the kids and then each night there are tribute bands to sing and dance along to. An aqua park are within few minutes drive.
