A delightfully presented lower ground floor studio flat in a period property by the sea. This beautifully designed boutique apartment would suit a couple who fancy a seaside bolt-hole and want everything, including the beach, on their doorstep.

Situated by Brighton's famous sea front, a stone's throw from the Palace Pier, Brighton Wheel, Royal Pavilion and the central shopping area. This whimsical little pad with private entrance, in Brighton's Kemptown, is well served with excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location the area is a quiet, residential one – and so offers the opportunity for you to enjoy the best of Brighton and then retire to peace and quiet.

BEDROOM

There is a supremely comfortable zip&link king size double bed that can be arranged as twin beds if required and a luxurious chaise loungues sofa, which converts to a single bed for up to 1 more guest. Fluffy white towels and egyptian cotton bed linens are provided.

KITCHEN

The apartment has a seperate fully equipped kitchen with dining area that opens up onto a pretty little garden terrace for smokers or enjoying a beverage in the sunshine. Tea and coffee are provided.

BATHROOM

The luxury shower room has vintage fittings and Fired Earth tiles with a lovely hot shower.

Complimentary WIFI. Ipod dock. There is a 32 inch Full HD Smart TV with internet access and freeview.

Parking information

Like the vast majority of properties in central Brighton, there is no private parking space. However, there are pay and display bays on the surrounding streets. It is free to park at the Marina or area of town known as Hanover (5-10 mins walk from the apartment). Ask me for details.
