This spacious 2 bedroom bungalow has one double bedroom, along with one family quad room consisting of one double bed and two singles. There is also a sofabed providing flexible accommodation for all the family. With an open plan kitchen dining area, and family/games room adjacent ideal for entertaining the children with Wii console and multi games table/pool table/football table and many other games.

There is a separate lounge which has a wood-burning log fire, two comfortable sofas, wide screen TV/DVD player.. The white bathroom suite has both bath and shower. The open plan kitchen has a dining area seating six. The kitchen includes fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
This holiday home is ideal for families and mixed generation groups. It is also ideal for the less able-bodied traveller or a wheelchair user, as there is level parking beside the cottage, with one step into the property. Once inside the ground floor is level throughout (except for the family/games room which has one step down).

The woodland setting is ideal for children to play and dogs to enjoy in a safe enclosed environment. Up to two dogs can be brought for a small charge. There is a barbeque to allow families to enjoy outdoor living. All wood for the indoor log fire is included. Patio area has garden furniture with seating for six. Children will love to explore the woodland garden.
The garden allows for one tent to be erected free of charge. A 5 person tent can also be hired for a small charge.

Witchwood Holiday Cottage is located in the North West of England very close to the exciting city life of Liverpool and just a short drive to the Roman City of Chester The Lake District and North Wales are both an easy drive from here and a great day out.
The cottage is situated in the sought-after area of Heswall in West Wirral. The Wirral Penninsula has a host of golf courses to suit all abilities and The Royal Liverpool Golf Course in Hoylake is just a 15minute drive from Witchwood. Thurstaston beach, West Kirby beach, the Marine Lake and Hilbre Island are idyllic whatever the weather. Aintree Racecourse, Everton and Liverpool stadia tours are an exciting day out for all the family.
The top attraction of Church Farm, Thurstaston, is only a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. It provides fantastic entertainment for children of all ages – including adults! Activities include Pat a Pony, lots of activities with animals and tractor rides.
You can bring your own bikes or hire them in West Kirby and cycle along the Wirral Way, along the promenade or discover all of the quaint and picturesque villages on the Wirral such as Thornton Hough, Parkgate and Port Sunlight village.
Heswall is a coastal village which boasts many restaurants, bars and bistros catering for all tastes. Nearby West Kirby offers windsurfing, sailing and canoeing on the Marine Lake; it is a great place to explore during the day and it takes on a totally different hue in the evenings when the place comes alive with the locals enjoying meals and drinks at the many bars and eateries.
The Wirral is a golfers paradise, boasting 15 courses on this small peninsula. There are 6 country parks, 7 local nature reserves and the truly amazing Birkenhead Park (the first publicly funded civic park in Britain and designed by Sir Joseph Paxton who went on to design New York's Central Park). With country walks, excellent pubs and cafes providing refreshments, and quaint local villages the Wirral is a great location.
Whilst here you may like to visit Cheshire Oaks outlet village and pick up some designer bargains, explore Port Sunlight Village and The Lady Lever Art Gallery. Chester Zoo, Knowsley Safari Park and The Blue Planet Aquarium are a great day out for the children.
