Think log burners, beamed ceilings, and original features which all combine to create a cosy ambiance. The house is situated just 1/2 a mile from Lymington High Street on the main road to beautiful Beaulieu, with its famous Palace and Motor Museum.

There are many Cycle tracks in the area, as well as horse riding, sailing and of course beautiful local forest walks.

We are only half an hour from either bournemouth with it's beaches or southampton and there is a good rail network to both.

Plenty of lovely forest villages to explore, such as Brockenhurst and Beaulieu with it's famous Palace and motor Museum.

Lymington is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty; to the north are the ancient woodlands and heathlands of the New Forest, covering an area of about 145 square miles, and to the south, the Solent and the Isle of Wight, Wightlink operate a car ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth. The ferry is walking distance from Little Home Farm making a day on the island ideal with or without a car.
