Please observe all community rules. These rules are in place to maximise harmony between holiday makers and residents. A copy of the rules is placed in the lounge drawer unit. Please minimise noise at all times but particularly after 8 pm.

We can pre-book your tee times and reserve buggies, trollies, clubs or lessons.

There is a golf practice area at Mijas golf with a range, chipping green and putting green.

There is also a very well stocked Pro Shop in the clubhouse.

The Clubhouse restaurant provides an excellent menu at a very reasonable cost.

Tennis and other sports are available close to Mijas Golf and there are many walks, direct from the apartment, across green land towards the mountain.

There are many children's ammenities within 20 mins drive including Beach activities, Water park, Sea life park, Theme park, Muliplex Cinema, Mountain cable car, Play zones, Local parks.

1 A £100 GBP (Eu 150) non refundable deposit is necessary to secure a booking.

2 Full balance payment to be made 6 weeks prior to travel.

3 A £100 GBP (Eu 150) bond is due with the balance payment. This is held against loss or damage and is

fully refundable upon satifactory inspection of the apartment.

4 All clients must have taken out holiday insurance covering personal and medical accident or losses.

5 Any accident, for whatever reason, occuring within the property, shall be the sole responsibility of the

client and not the owner.

6 No Pets.

Also close by is the ancient mountain pueblo of Mijas.
