We recently completed a $25,000 'remodelling' - refurbishing and upgrading the house to a whole new level of quality to make staying here even more enjoyable. This included:

A major feature is the private 32ft pool and one of the largest pool decks of any home in the Disney area enabling all day sunbathing.There is a large covered area to escape the sun when you need to. The deck and pool area are fully enclosed in netting to keep insects out.
Our management company independently grades their homes for Disney, Virgin etc : Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Ours has the highest, Platinum status. This is described as:

Space – exceptionally large for a 3 bedroom house with 1950 sq ft compared with a normal 1400 sq ft divided between a large family room/kitchen, separate reception rooms and good size bedrooms.
Reception rooms - 2 separate lounge areas with their own sofas, and two dining areas. The family room and lounge both have patio doors opening onto the pool deck.
Kitchen -fully fitted with new granite worktops. The kitchen fridge freezer has an ice and water dispenser in the door. Separate Utlility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom has a 'super king' size bed, walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool. It has a large HD TV and DVD with over 50 cable channels including several HD channels. The en suite master bathroom has a large shower, separate bath, WC and his 'n' hers washbasins set into a marble worktop, as well as a door to the pool deck.
The other two bedrooms each have twin beds, two chests of drawers, cable TV, large wardrobes and full length mirrors. The family bathroom is next to both bedrooms, and has a full size bath with shower, WC and washbasin set into a marble worktop.
Child Safety - to help prevent small children reaching the pool without parents realising, all the doors to the pool have security alarms that sound if a door is opened.
Class and comfort – the look and feel of a new house, 'designer' interiors and top quality luxury furnishings, tiled floors throughout (except for the bedrooms that have new deep pile carpet).
Technology - All bedrooms have cable TV, and the Family room and Master bedroom have a large High Definition TV with cable HD channels and DVD. The Family room also has a multi-CD player. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) gives free High speed broadband internet access in all rooms and outside by the pool.

Pool deck – huge 60 ft x 32 ft west facing deck with large pool and spa. Six sun loungers are provided, and a brand new large free standing barbecue. The deck includes a large shaded area with a table, four cushioned chairs and a further six plastic chairs. This area is ideal for meals or just to escape from the heat of the sun, particularly if you have young children.
Pool - this is 32 ft x 16 ft. The jacuzzi can be heated, and can switch back and forth between pool temperature and its own higher temperature setting, enabling it to be used as a hot tub.
Unfortunately we do not offer pool heating. Spa heating for the hot tub effect can be ordered all year round.
Setting - in a quiet no through road, new 6 ft cedar wood fence on all 3 sides.
Location - Managing company offices are within a mile so no long drives into town to collect and return keys etc .
This area is famous for Theme Parks and Golf. The nearest parks, Disney Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom are within 10 minutes drive. The shops and restaurants at Disney’s Boardwalk, West Side and the Disney Village are a further 5 minutes away. The other Disney parks and Universal, Sea World are a further 15 minutes.
AVOID TRAFFIC JAMS - our little secret ! Over the last 10 years a large number of houses have been built on the US 27 a few miles away, to the north or south of it's junction with the US 192. To get to Disney, anyone staying there has to use the 192, so this gets very busy and in school holidays can be like the M25 or M6 on a bad day !
We will show you the back road we use that avoids the 192 altogether and gets you to Disney within 15 minutes even on the busiest days and times.
If you’re not interested in Disney, but looking for that perfect round of Golf, our holiday home is within a couple of miles of the Florida Orange Lake Country Club with 5 courses. There are a further 5 courses within 10 minutes drive, and Disney has 5 courses of its own. This part of Florida contains over 40 Golf courses within 30 minutes drive of our home.
Or maybe you just want a relaxed holiday in Florida’s year round sunshine, lying on the white sandy Florida beaches, or lounging around our pool with a drink in hand ? The beaches are about an hour away, either the waves of the Atlantic, or the warm waters of the Gulf.
If you are interested in Space, the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away.
A major advantage of our house is how quick, cheap and easy it is to go out for dinner. The house is within a 5 minute drive or £10 taxi ride to over a dozen restaurants on the US 192.
Turning left (West) out of our estate (Lindfields), the US 192 runs for 2 miles to the junction with the US 27. Along this section of the road are :
Petrol stations, Nail/Beauty Salons, Take away Pizza, Chinese restaurant, Publix Supermarket, Medical centre, Dennys family restaurant, Bank, 7 Eleven store.
About half a mile North on the US 27 at the first traffic lights is a new Wal-Mart superstore open 24 hours a day for food, clothing, pharmacy, CD/DVDs, household, nail bar, optician, etc
Turning right (East) within a mile there are:
Orange Lakes Country Club (5 golf courses)
Italian restaurants (nearest is Pizza Hut), Chinese restaurants, McDonalds, 6 family restaurants (including TGI Friday), Pharmacy, Publix supermarket, Liquor store, Beauty salon, Bank, Doctor, etc.
In the next 2 miles there are literally dozens more shops and restaurants before the turning for the Southern entrance to Walt Disney World.
The next mile contains the junction with the Interstate 4 motorway, so not much here, then you enter Kissimmee with hundreds more shops and restaurants within 4 miles, just on this road alone !
