The apartment is located between Cais do Sodre and Praça do Comércio, a historic neighborhood with great cultural and artistic tradition, which has always been a symbol of cosmopolitan Lisbon. Today is the setting for many bars, restaurants and history. It is an apartment with 204 m2, full of history, where the famous poet Fernando Pessoa had worked in 1930-1931, as a clerk in the Portuguese Society of Explosives. The apartment maintains the original design, which highlights the tile wall and iron structural beams. The simplicity, charisma and personality overlooking the Tagus River, mark some of the attributes of the house. This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.

It is the ideal accommodation for families or a group of friends. The spaces are large, with few objects, but with a few pieces that give contemporary design and charm. All rooms have large windows and the whole house has plenty of light and we can see thetagus river. The kitchen area is open space, perfectly integrated with the living room. The bathrooms are prepared for a house full of people, with five showers.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM APARTMENT:

From the aeroport you have a bus that goes directly to Praça do Comércio (about 400 m to the apartment). The bus´s names is Aerobus Cais do Sodré (Carristur)and stop at Praça do Comércio (the price is 3€). Instead you can also choose the subway. You must take the red line to the Station Oriente, exit on the station Alameda and take the green line to Cais do Sodré. Exit there. The house is about 400 m from the station. You can also take a taxi, the price is about 15 euros.

Cleaning once a week (for more than 15 days)

Any other extra cleaning has a 25 Eur cost.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

Check in after 15:00: You may check in directly at the apartment. Check in after 22:00 is subject to a 30 EUR fee.

A 200.00€ damage deposit in cash, paid as you check in and returned once you check out, after surveillance of the apartment.

Check out time is until 12:00.

There is a public carparking next the house which costs about 10 per day!
